I can’t say enough good things about Connie Dolansky. I contracted Zuber Realty to manage my ten unit apartment building in Gilbertsville. Lucky for me Connie was the property manager assigned to my area. She totally turned things around. We had a lot of tenant turnover before Connie. Within eight months she had new leases signed on all ten units with qualified tenants. She helped clean and paint the units to get them ready. When I asked Connie to list the building for sale and within four months it was sold. Anyone who contracts Connie will be more than pleased.
